Puppies:
All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds will be issued for the purchase of a puppy.

Dog Food:
All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds will be issued for dog food purchases.

Products:
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if items are damaged in transit.

To qualify for a return or exchange due to damage:

• Photos must be taken of the packaging before opening, as well as of the damaged products.

• Proof must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
